Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the US and in Washington state has continued the trend of double-digit annual growth in recent years. With a 35-year local history there are more than 8,000 Chapter members across the State. Lacrosse is played at all levels from youth through post collegiate club leagues. There is lacrosse available state-wide, but primary participation continues to center around the Seattle metropolitan area stretching in all directions. Other areas with strong and growing programs include the Tri-Cities (Southeast Washington), Wenatchee, Spokane, Bellingham, and Vancouver.
Your local chapter (a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization) supports the development, growth, and integrity of the game of lacrosse in the State. The organization hosts yearly conventions, training sessions for coaches, and the state HS Championships each year in May.
We need your help!
The Washington Chapter of US Lacrosse is a very active chapter. And we are always looking for volunteers and donations to make our programs successful. If you are interested in donating your time, please send an e-mail to Dave Low.
