        EIGHT LIVING LEGENDS OF LACROSSE will enter the Upstate NY Chapter of US Lacrosse's Hall of Fame at the Chapter's fifteenth annual Induction celebration dinner set for Sunday, October 20th at Traditions at the Links. Honorees include J.D. Archer, Laverne Doctor, Bob Elmer, Tom Gravante, Chris Lindsey, Jeff McCormick, Casey Powell and Dan Sheehan. Tickets are available at $45 per guest thru the chapter president, Noel Ebner, 107 Stonehedge Road, Camillus, NY, 13031. Deadline for ticket orders is October 10th.

 J.D. ARCHER - Coach of Jamesville-Dewitt high school lacrosse, State champions. All-American attackman at SU. Played on two Division I Orange championship teams,

 LAVERNE DOCTOR - Another SU All-American. attackman, Orange captain in 1968 and '69. Played on famous Lafayette HS teams in the sixties.

 BOB ELMER - West Genesee and Cortland State grad, Coach of Wildcat Girls lacrosse since 2000. 278-22 record.

 TOM GRAVANTE - Head Coach of lacrosse at Mount St. Mary's, annual contender for Northeast Conference. Played at Hobart and helped statesmen to four NCAA Div.III titles.

 CHRIS LINDSEY - Two-time All-American goalie at B'ville High. Four-time AA at Georgetown, she was on US National team from 1998 to 2005.

 JEFF McCORMICK - . Captain of 1982 and '83 SU lacrosse team. All-American senior year. Earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from SU.

 CASEY POWELL - First of the three Powell Brothers to be inducted. One of the greatest Orange stars ever.

 DAN SHEEHAN - LeMoyne head coach since 1997. 208-23 record (.900). Won three Div.II championships, including 2013 title.
