The primary league for youth play is the NH Youth Lacrosse Association. The NHYLA governs the youth game and works directly with the NH Lacrosse Foundation and US Lacrosse to implement the game from U9 - U15.
• Check out NHYLA at www.nhyla.org.
The NHIAA governs public school play with established committees for each gender. The committees have oversight over all play and conduct six state tournaments.
The private schools in New Hampshire are either associated with the ISL or the Lakes League.
The NHIAA does not allow play between public and private schools at the varsity level.
Typically, the NHIAA pre-season begins in mid-March and the season concludes in early June.
