The Level 1 Clinic brings the online course to life through hands on training faciliated by US Lacrosse certified trainers. The curriculum in designed to introduce coaches to responsibilities and philosophies of coaching and how to provide a safe and athelete-centered environement that emphasizes positive growth and sportsmanship. You'll aquire the tools to teach rules, basic individual skills and basic team concepts to beginning players of all ages. This baseline training is relevant for all lacrosse coaches, regardless of experience.


With the explosive growth of the sport of lacrosse around the country, the need for knowledgeable and experienced coaches is greater than ever before. The US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program is the surest way to access everything you need to know to be a great lacrosse coach.

The program includes:
  • Level 1 and Level 2 Online courses for Men's and Women's Lacrosse
  • Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Instructional clinics for Men's and Women's Lacrosse
  • Full Certification for Level 1 and Level 2 Men's and Women's Lacrosse
       (Level 3 certification coming in 2012)
  • Continuing Education Opportunities
